After years of working in the cleaning industry, Craig Parkin established Team Clean in 1992 and began assembling a team to provide full-service commercial cleaning services in Hawai‘i.
Starting with window, kitchen and hotel room deep cleaning in 1999, Team
Clean went from having a handful of employees to being the first contracted
company to provide day cleaning services to a major hotel. By the end of
1999, Team Clean had over 100 employees working full-time. Today, Team
Clean is over 300 strong, serving Hawai‘i’s finest hotels, shopping centers
and commercial facilities on O‘ahu. From humble beginnings, Team Clean’s
passion and commitment to cleaning for health continues to define our vision.

1980: Craig Parkin arrives in Hawai‘i
1992: Team Clean is established.
1994: Began service at Ikikai Hotel and the Sheraton Waikīkī.
1997: Team Clean is incorporated.
1999: Established full-service housekeeping service.
1999: Began service at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
2002: Established truck mount service.
2002: Began service at the Kāhala Hotel & Resort, Outrigger Reef Hotel.
2003: Hotel Employee Leasing Program (HELP) established, providing maids
to Outrigger Hotels.
2004: Expanded into luxury condominiums and retail mall cleaning services.
